Events may be hosted at your agency for either in-house personnel or open to outside personnel.  Each event is tailored to your specific requests.
  
Next Level Performance will:

1. Supply all materials
2. Supply instructors
3. Supply equipment
4. Develop advertising materials if necessary (brochures, flyers, t-shirts, etc.)

You Provide:

1. Date and time desired
2. Adequate facilities. Preferably a lecture hall or classroom (depends on size of event) and an open area the size of a gymnasium if hands-on lessons are requested (highly recommended). A local school or college, or public recreation center will usually have both classrooms and gym space available for use through the local municipality.
3. Promotion of event and audience

Formats Available:

1. Sit-Down Lecture
2. Hands-On Learn by Doing
3. Combination of the two

Materials Available:

Any subject related to fitness; exercise physiology, program design, medicine balls, plyometrics, power training, agility training, strength training, flexibility, nutrition, and more.

We highly recommend doing a combination of lecture and hands-on learning. Attendees enjoy being able to take textbook knowledge and immediately apply and feel how it works.


Pricing

Based on the size of the event and amount of time required for preparation. Events may be for an individual department or for an entire state or region.  Pricing is flexible. We are more interested in seeing events take place and do not want a few dollars to be what stops a workshop.
